Salesforce places a limit on the size of some of its reports, depending on your plan and edition of Salesforce.

If you are using Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce limits reports to 2000 rows. If you want to view more details, they suggest exporting to Excel or using a printable view for tabular and summary reports.

In Grow, in order to get more than 2000 rows back, you will need to write SOQL instead of using a saved report.

For Salesforce customers using the classic edition (not Salesforce Lightning), you can still create reports that have more than 2000 rows.
