Here’s how to send reports to Grow from Grow’s ShopifyQL app.

Create New Grow Dataset

To create a new Grow dataset with your data, first log in to your Shopify store. Go to your Apps and select the Grow - ShopifyQL app.

In the app, enter your Grow username and password. In order to sync with Grow, you must be an Admin.

Enter a ShopifyQL query and press “Run Query.” If you want to see a list of sample queries, feel free to check out our list.

Once you have run the query and checked your data, enter a name for the dataset and press “Create New Warehouse in Grow.” This will build your dataset in Grow from the query data you have just pulled.

Once your dataset has been built, log in to Grow. You can find your data by clicking Add Metric and selecting ShopifyQL (Beta) from the list of data sources.

Update Existing Grow Dataset

To update an existing Grow dataset with new data, first log in to your Shopify store. Go to your Apps and select the Grow - ShopifyQL app.

In the app, enter your Grow username and password. In order to sync with Grow, you must be an Admin in Grow. Once you’ve logged in, press “Fetch Datasets” to return a list of all your existing ShopifyQL datasets.

Enter a ShopifyQL query and press “Run Query.” If you want to see a list of sample queries, feel free to check out our list.

In the Select Existing Warehouse drop-down list, select the dataset you want to update. Once you’ve selected the dataset, press “Update Warehouse in Grow.”

And that’s it! Your new data will show up in your dataset in Grow.
