If your metrics are timing out or having other issues, first make sure you have whitelisted Grow’s IP addresses. You can find those here.
If you are still having issues, reach out to your Data Consultant. They will need the following pieces of information in order to troubleshoot your issue:

- Are you using FTP or SFTP?
- Do you use 22.214.171.124 or a URL (website) to connect?
- What port do you use?
