On occasion, you may see an exclamation point in the corner of one or more of your metrics. If you recently changed the password on that specific data connection, or if the sign-in token has expired, this icon will show up. This means that you need to re-authenticate the data source.

Reconnecting is really easy. First go into Settings, then click on Data Sources from the left-hand menu.

From here, find the data connection for your metric. You will see that the refresh icon for reconnecting a data source is red.

Go ahead and click that icon.

This will bring up the connection page for that specific data source. Each data source will have different requirements, such as simply logging in and allowing access or entering your API key for that account.

If you go to the dashboard and still see errors on those metrics, do a hard refresh of your browser window and the exclamation point should disappear.

That's it! You are good to go.
