If you need to add more than a few users, you can mass upload users to Grow.

First, open this URL: http://bit.ly/GrowMassUserUpload

You will need to either make a copy and add it to your Google Drive or download this spreadsheet as a .csv file.

In the spreadsheet, you’ll see four columns: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Dashboards.

First Name, Last Name, and Email are easy, so the only column that takes a little work is the Dashboards Column.

The Dashboards columns needs to be a comma-delimited list of dashboard IDs in the single cell of the dashboards a user should have access to.

In order to find the dashboard ID, go to your URL while on the dashboard. The end of the URL should have five numbers---this is your dashboard’s ID.

You can see an example of how this should look in the second tab of the Mass Upload Spreadsheet.

To make sure Google Docs doesn’t format your list weird, Format the Dashboards column to Plain text.

If you want the users to get all current and future dashboards, just leave the Dashboard IDs blank.

Download the finished sheet as a CSV file by going to File > Download As > Comma-separated values (.csv current sheet)

In an email to support@grow.com, attach the CSV file.

In the body of the email, include your admin’s email address. Also tell us what password you want to give all the users, or if they should go through the "I forgot my password" workflow.

Once we get your email, our team will upload the new users to your account.

When the users are first uploaded, they will have “View Only” rights. You can change their permissions after they are in the system.
