All Grow login passwords are SHA encrypted and all logins are compared against that SHA encrypted string.
If you lose your password we cannot recover it for you. You must reset it on your own.
Go to the Grow login page, then click the 'Forgot Password?' link.
You will be prompted to enter your email and click "Recover Password," which will send a password reset link to you. This link expires after 60 minutes.
The link will take you to this page, where you can choose a new password.
And that's it! You're good to go.
Change Your Password
If you simply want to change your password, you can do this on your own in Grow.
First, log in to your Grow account, then go to your account settings.
Next, go to your User Settings page. This shows the details of your personal account.
Scroll down on that page until you find the Password section. Click on the Change Password button.
When you click that button, two fields will open up where you can enter a new password. In the first field, go ahead and enter a new password. You'll need to enter it again in the field beneath that.
When you are done, click the "Save" button on the far right-hand side.
