As a workaround for, you can use the following to send reports to your Dropbox and have it update in Grow.

First, set up a Dropbox account, if you have not already. You will need to create a folder for your automated emails in Dropbox. Go ahead and name this however you want; just make sure that you will remember it later.

Next, set up a Zapier account. The free Zapier account option will let you create up to five Zaps with up to two steps---a trigger and an action. (A Zap is the connection between various apps.) In this case, we will set up Email by Zapier as the trigger and Dropbox as the action.

In order to do this, click on "Create Zap." Search for Email by Zapier. When the app pulls up, it will require you to create an email address. When you get reports, this is the address that you'll send them to. After you enter a custom email field, you can click "Continue."

Now go ahead and send an email with the attachment (report) to the Zapier email address you just created.  When you've done that, click "OK, I did this."

Step 2 will have you connect another app as your "action" app. Click "Choose App" and search for Dropbox. Once you've connected it, select "Upload File" and sign in to your Dropbox Account.

You should see an image like the one below. Fill the fields out as follows:

  • Directory: select the folder that you created for your report. NOTE: This folder should only ever have one file.
  • File: Click the file button and choose "Attachment"
  • Overwrite: enter "Yes"
  • Specify File Name: Enter the "Name of your file" if it is not automatically filled in.
  • Specify File Extension: Enter the extension of the attachment. (.csv, .xls, .xlsx)

When you are done, click "Continue." Go ahead and name your Zap.
And that's it!
