We have a customer forum to gather and respond to beta feedback.

The forum is awesome because it reduces the work for you in reporting bugs. 

What we don't want to have happen, if for 5 customers to find the same bug and spend a lot of time writing it up, taking screenshots etc, when someone already reported it. 

So if you find a bug, here is the suggested process. 

1. Check the forum

Use the search function to see if anyone reported the same or a similar bug. 

2. Get the details

As many details as you can give us helps us find and fix the bugs fastest. At the minimum we need the following:

  1. What metric?
  2. What dashboard?
  3. Screenshot
  4. Description of the problem
  5. What you expected to happen

3. Post it

Once you have all those, create a new post in the forum, and put all the info in. 

Our team will be monitoring the forum and we will reply, and sometimes reach out for more info.
