File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is used to transfer files between computers on a network. You can use FTP to exchange files between computer accounts, transfer files between an account and a desktop computer, or access online software archives. Here's some things you can expect from the FTP/SFTP File Access feature in Grow.

Connecting to FTP Server
Before connecting FTP please collect your FTP server username, password, host and port. Additionally, please whitelist these IP addresses.
- Log into Grow. Click on the Data tab at the top left of the dashboard.
- From the Data Connections screen, click on Add Connection.
- Type in your FTP server username and password.
- Username
- Password
- Host
- Port (The typical port configurations are 21 for FTP and 22 for SFTP, but may depend on how your server is configured.)
