Custom Fields

Custom fields are defined in Insightly by the account admin. They are brought through the API by the Field Name, not the Field Label.

To see the names and labels of your custom fields:

  1. Go to System Settings > Objects and Fields.
  2. Click on the object for which custom fields exist, like Opportunity.
  3. Take a look at which Field Names correspond to the labels that they have given to those custom fields.

You can then use the Rename Columns transform to give those fields a new name that matches what you have in Insightly. To save your work for future metrics, save that report as a dataset after renaming the columns.
