Chart: Fixed a bug where the spacing for table charts was showing a small gap to the left of the data
Chart: Fixed a bug where drilling on a table with Slices was drilling on the wrong column

Expanded View: Fixed a bug where searching for a column to filter by was removing any previous filters already applied

Salesforce Warehouse: Fixed a bug where some reports were showing duplicate values
SQL Server Warehouse: Added the ability to override a data type for a specific column and force the type to be TEXT
