FAQs + Tips and Tricks
Why is there a difference between my Grow data and the advertising console in Amazon?
As stated here, small data discrepancies between advertising console and API reports may occur and are expected due to differences in the traffic validation and data refresh processes. This discrepancy shouldn’t be greater than 5%.
One example of this stems from the handling of canceled orders within the Amazon Advertising system. In cases where a buyer cancels an order that has been recorded as an Ad Sale, the Console Reports retain the transaction value, while the API data excludes it.
