Marchex’s mobile advertising platform helps you know which sources are driving your incoming calls and helps you find more like them. This article will give you an overview of the Grow/Marchex integration.
NOTE: We are no longer actively supporting this integration as of March 20th, 2020. If you have previously authenticated this data source, it will still appear in the list of your data sources. We will not be improving this integration further.
How to Connect
Before you get started you will need your Marchex username and password.
- Log in to your Grow account and click Add Metric. Select Marchex from the list of data sources, then press the Connect button.
- In order to connect your Marchex account, you’ll need to use your Marchex username and password. When you’ve entered these in, press Submit.
And that’s it! You are good to go.
Below is the list of endpoints offered through the Marchex/Grow integration, along with a short description of the data each report returns.
- Account List: All accounts, including acct, custom ID, status, and name.
- Call Logs: All log entries for completed calls filtered by account, date, DNA, status and duration. Includes redacted, assigned user, forward no, group ID, answer offset, assigned to, inbound no, inbound ext, duration, call ID, revenue, call duration, call end, listened to, caller name, keyword, billable minutes, call status, status, rating, recorded, DNA class, disposition, call start, ring duration, note, additional custom fields, etc.
