PipelineDeals provides an easy-to-use CRM backed by reliable customer support to help companies manage and optimize their sales pipeline and client relationships. Here's an overview of the PipelineDeals/Grow integration.
How to Connect
- Log in to Grow and select ‘Settings’ under your name in the top-right corner
- Select ‘Data Sources’ from the menu on the left and click on ‘+ Connect Data Sources`
- Search for Chargify, and select ‘+ Connect’
- On the new pop-up screen, you’ll need to enter in your Chargify Subdomain (e.g., bacana.chargify.com) and API Key
- To generate your API key, login to your Chargify account and select the Integrations tab
- From here select the ‘Generate API Key’
- And that’s it! Ready, Set, Build!
Below is a complete list of the reports offered by the Chargify integration, along with a description of the data available in each report.
(Note: All dollar amounts are provided in cents)
Coupons: All discount coupon data, including ID, name, code, description, amount in cents, product family ID, created date, updated date, start date, end date, percentage, recurring, duration period count, duration interval, etc.
Customers: All customers, including name, email, CC emails, organization, reference, ID, created date, updated date, address, phone, verified, portal invite last sent date, invite last accepted date, tax exempt, etc.
Events: All activities occurring in the account, including event ID, key, message, event subscription ID, created date, product ID, account transaction ID, previous subscription state, new subscription state, revenue at risk, current step day threshold, action, email body, email subject, send email, send SMS, next step day threshold, action, email body, email subject, etc.
Invoices: All invoices matching the selected created date range, including ID, subscription, statement, site, state, total amount, paid date, updated date, amount due, number, charges created date, type, memo, kind, ending balance, success, payment ID, product ID, transaction type, starting balance, tax ID, customer, etc.
Payment Profiles: All saved ACH and credit card data, including ID, name, masked card number, card type, expiration date, customer ID, current vault, vault token, billing address, country, payment type, etc.
Product Families: All product categories, levels, and service offerings, including ID, name, description, handle, and accounting code.
Products: All products held in inventory, including ID, name, description, accounting code, created date, updated date, price, interval, interval units, initial charge, archived date, taxable, initial charge after trial, version number, product family ID, name, accounting code, public sign up pages ID, return URL, return params, etc.
Stats: All site-level stats, including seller name, site name, ID, currency, total subscriptions, subscription today, total revenue, revenue today, revenue this month, revenue this year, etc.
Subscriptions: All subscriptions existing within the selected date range, including ID, state, balance, total revenue, product price, version number, current period start and end date, next assessment date, trial start and end date, activated date, expiration date, created date, cancellation method, cancel at end of period, canceled date, previous state, signup payment ID, signup revenue, delayed cancel date, coupon code, payment collection method, first and last name, contact info, additional customer details, product ID and name, description, price, trial price, trial interval, require credit card, product family details, credit card details, payment type, coupon use count, etc.
Transactions: All transactions matching the selected date range, including ID, subscription ID, type, kind, transaction type, success, amount, memo, created date, starting and ending balance, gateway details, payment ID, Product ID, customer ID, credit card details, refund amount, original amount, discount, taxable amount, tax details, etc.
