Here is the documentation for using Zendesk's Help Center and Community API: https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/help_center/introduction
First, you will need to get a new API token from your Zendesk account. You can generate one here, just replace [your_subdomain] with your account name:
In Grow, you will enter in the URL for the specific report (this example below uses the "Articles" report), and for the header you will enter "Authorization" for the header key and "Basic: [API token]" for the header value.
If you know you will have more than 100 records coming in through the report, then you will have to add a "page" parameter for each group of 100 records.
You will also need to enter in a "JSON path to data" for the specific report you are using.
When I used this, I brought in a few articles reports that I joined together using a Master SQL report and the UNION join. I also made a "Sections" and "Categories" report that I joined so I could get the article title and which section and category it belonged to all in the same report.
