If you have purchased Grow's White Label/Client Reporting package, then yes! This process is called templatization. Your Account Manager and/or Engineer will set it up for you, but first, you need a few things completed before they can make that for you.
1. A completed "mock" dashboard.
This can be a completed dashboard you are using for one of your clients, or yourself, but this will serve as the template we will use to generate all your other dashboards from. Make sure the layout, titles, colors, key values, etc. are all laid out like you would like, as changes cannot be made to the template once created.
2. All the data sources connected.
Double check that all the datasources needed are already connected to Grow.
3. All changes finalized.
Once your Grow team creates the template, changes cannot be made to the template. We recommend getting as much feedback on your mock dashboard as possible before finalizing the template.
4. Have a good, general knowledge of how the metrics were made and what variables need to change in each metric.
This is the most important part of the whole process! You will need to point out where in the data, the differentiation occurs between client to client. This could be a completely new datasource connection, a different page/company within your datasource, or simply a filter in the metric. Work with your Account Manager to find the variables you will need in your template.
5. Get a quick training.
When your template is done, ask for a quick training on how to use it.
6. What if I need to make changes?
Work with your Account Manager on options you have. Likely you will need to have a new templated created.
