App Updates
- Builder - Chart: Improved the experience when Saving or exiting out of the Builder to give an update if the action is taking a long time
- Builder - Chart: Changed the metric description field to open down into the metric field instead of raising the title up into the header bar
- Builder - Chart: Added a limit to donut and pie charts so that you can only slice the data into 50 pieces or less
- Builder - Chart: Fixed a bug with Data Explorer where the grouping and slicing selections for some metrics were not staying selected
- Builder - Chart: Fixed a bug with table charts where selecting the “Jan ‘19” format was displaying only the year
- Builder - Chart: Fixed a bug with Bubble Charts where having a blank data selection would cause a chart error
- Builder - Data: Fixed a bug with tags where duplicating a report and changing the tag also changes the tag on the original report
- Builder - Data: When changing the data type for a column, we now immediately run the data instead of waiting for you to click the ‘Get Data’ button
- Builder - Data: Fixed some bugs that were sometimes causing errors when clicking on Data Settings or Edit Dataset buttons
- Builder - Data: Decreased the size of the File Upload image so that it is easier to use on a small screen
- Builder - Data: Fixed a bug where big error messages in the Builder were sometimes blocking you from working. Updated the error message so the box can be collapsed and the wording can be copied
- Builder - Data: Improved the experience when running a transform to give an update if the action is taking a long time
- Dashboard: Fixed a bug where metrics on the dashboard would not automatically update if you arrived on the dashboard by way of the Builder, or by way of the Dashboard tab in Settings
- Dashboard: Added a check so that users without permission to view or edit a dashboard cannot reach a metric on that dashboard by typing in its URL
- Dashboard: Fixed a bug where a metric displaying the message ‘You have no data for this metric’ could block the rest of the metrics on the dashboard from updating
- Datasets: Fixed a bug where a metric could not be built from some 1-Click Datasets
- Dataset: Fixed a bug so that editing a metric and then editing a nested Dataset inside that metric will return you back to the metric instead of taking you to your account Settings
- Dataset: Added an error message that lets you know when you are trying to visit a Dataset that has been deleted
- Expanded View: Fixed a bug where accessing the table view would give an error
- Expanded View: Fixed a bug where changing the chart type and saving the changes as a new metric were not applying the changes to the new metric
- PDFs: Fixed a bug where the Unsubscribe button was not working for some recipients of scheduled PDF reports
- Settings - Dashboards: Fixed a bug where some older dashboards were not displaying the date the dashboard was created
- Settings - Users: Updated the ability to import multiple users to include a template with the proper format, and provide feedback on which users were successfully added and which were not
- Settings - Users: Changed the wording on the Users tab to show “Metrics Created” instead of just “Metrics” to make it clear how many metrics each user has built
- Stored Reports: Updated some wording to reflect the name Stored Reports instead of the previous name of Datasets
- White Label: Fixed an issue where dashboard viewed on a Share URL or on a PDF were not showing the branded logo
Data Source Updates
- Amazon Seller Central: Updated connector to only allow connections to US and Canada accounts
- Banking Financial Accounts: Fixed a bug where reconnecting an auth was creating a new connection
- BigCommerce: Fixed a bug where some customers were not able to create new connections
- Chargify: Updated the Chargify logo and several reports to match recent API changes
- Facebook: Fixed a bug where the ‘List of Page Videos’ and the ‘List of Page Posts’ reports were not pulling data
- Facebook: Fixed a bug where the ‘Total Page Likes’ values were showing as zero
- Facebook, Facebook V2, Facebook Ads: Updated all connections to v4.0 due to an upcoming deprecation of the old versions in November 2019
- Google Ads: Updated four reports to automatically select fields that are required to run the report: Account Performance, Campaign Performance, Ad Group Performance, and Ad Performance
- Insightly: Fixed a bug where some custom fields were coming back with “_undefined” in the title
- Pipedrive: Fixed an issue with the “Include Time in Stage Information” was causing the report to hit API limits
- Quickbooks Online: Updated the filtering options for Customers and Vendors to use a dropdown selection list
- WooCommerce: Fixed a bug where the Sales Report was not pulling data
